I figure it is Time to update this post - CPA Affiliates Top 5 Networks. As goals and time changes sometimes what was hot is no longer hot and what was non existent may be rocking. Which CPA Network is the Best?

I get asked this all the time which CPA Network is the best? Well honestly it is a tough question to answer but yet it is easy. It is easy to say what CPA Network is best for me but it is hard for me to say for sure what CPA network is best for you. I use MANY CPA Networks, but i do have a few choice networks that are my bread and butter. But this post isn’t about me it is about you and what CPA network will work best for you.

First, search the CPA networks, see who has good reviews and reputation with other webprenuers. You can do this by visiting blogs, forums and even searching for review of CPA Network X. Once you narrow your list down to 20 or 30… yes there are hundreds of CPA networks out there but the key is finding the right one for you.

What Are Sub-ID’s and How Do I Use Them?

Sub-ID’s are function that affiliates can use within MyAP V8 affiliate programs. They help you to track your links more effectively and provide you with easy information on which ones are the best performing.

You have an ‘Affiliate ID’ which differentiates you from all the other affiliates within a program, but this doesn’t help you in finding out which of YOUR links are performing the best. Yes, you can get a report that breaks down your links by the various banners you’re using but what if you are using the same link on two different pages, or even the same page? How do you pinpoint which exact link is performing better than the other one?

By using sub-ID’s you can find out how every single link is performing seperately.

Affiliate marketing is a sales process where merchants (a.k.a. advertisers, retailers, brands) can sell and promote their products and services by allowing websites to promote them in exchange for a reward, usually a commission payment.

The industry is well established and has been an active, online revenue generating system since 1994 when Amazon.com launched their own affiliate program.  Nowadays affiliate marketing is a multi-million dollar industry attracting the largest names and providing many companies with a sizeable chunk of their sales.

Mini Sites for PPC are dead

I was recently taking stock of my current inventory of made for PPC sites. I looked at old sites, what we are currently working on, and what we have planned for the future. As far as sites created for the sole purpose of capturing PPC traffic to affiliate offers, I can honestly say the mini-sites we know and love are dead.

History

First a little PPC history. In 2005 and before you actually could slap up a single page landing page and do well with PPC to affiliate offers. Then when quality score started really developing and being enforced in early 2006, everyone started making the typical 5 page mini site with an article page, contact page, about page, privacy policy, and site map. These “mini-sites” as we called them we basically just an attempt to boost quality scores. They worked great for a while too. The problem is, they don’t work anymore.
